Put together a little spreadsheet / chart to track my weight as well....finally figured out how to turn graph into a jpg image to load onto the blog...here is my progress in chart form.

Update: Click on the graph and it blows up nice and big. Very easy to read!

LoL. This chart makes me want to giggle. Mostly because my boyfriend emailed me an excel spreadsheet last week with his goals. hehe. Is it a boy thing?
I love it though. To each their own. I've got a calender that I put stickers on when I've been good. Very 1st grade reward, but it makes me happy.

I know what you are saying though. But my problem with the chart is when/if I were to fall off my goal line, it would depress me to look at it every week and know I hadn't done well. Instead, I look at my calendar (which is missing some stickers) but instead of seeing the empty spots I see all the pretty stickers and feel better about myself and want more stickers the next week! =)
