Comments: Food was good today...perhaps I need to eat more though. Had a little bit of a scare today on the leg press machine. After completing my 1st set, I started to feel a bit woozy like I was going to pass out. Incidentally, roughly a year ago I almost did pass out on the same machine. My last incident caused me to sit next to the machine on the floor and I felt like throwing up...this time I decided to just let me body cool down and end the workout there. I don't feel like I'm pushing myself too hard from a strength standpoint...perhaps I need more energy in my system before I workout.

I think that was a smart way to finish your workout. It looks like you're getting enough protein. Maybe you're not getting enough food?
I think you may be right kl...
When I goto workout, it is usually after work @ 5:30PM...At that point, I haven't had a meal since 12:20 or so and the snacks I've had are usually nuts (almonds) and water / tea...So I'm heading into a workout with less energy than I should probably have...
Also, my routine is usually to do cardio and abs first and then move to strength...when I hit the strength machines, I've already sapped a lot of energy...I've been thinking of breaking up my routine into all cardio one workout and strength training for another workout...
