L: Chipotle Glazed Chicken Salad from Baja Fresh (right where I left off)
D: Mom's Baked Ziti (skim ricotta, mozzarella, meat sauce) w/ Salad and Bread (and a beer)
Exercise (back at the gym!):
Cardio: Elliptical Machine (10/2,13/8,15/13, 13/2)
Strength: Leg Press (100/20,115/15,130/15)
Leg Extension (60/15, 65/10, 70/10)
Leg Curl (80/20, 85/15, 90/10)
Comments: Felt good to be back in the old rhythm. Work really helps to keep me on track with this whole thing. Can't say no to Mom's cooking, but I know it wasn't great for me. I've had a lot more red meat than normal this week. Gotta get back on the chicken and fish game. It was nice to get back to the gym as well, although I would have liked to have seen at least 1 more lb of progress on the scale...

I love the fact that "Mom's Baked Ziti" was on the menu. DUH! No way to resist that type of thing.
