Healthy Choices - 5/17


Holy crap! I'm actually remembering to get this written (for once)...

B: Weight Control Oatmeal (I'm getting a little tired of it)
L: Taco Bell! (2 Chicken Chalupa Supremes, 1 Hard Taco, 1 Large Pepsi)
D: Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini w/ Sauce and Chopped Spinach

Exercise: Nothing

Comments: This was the first time since Day 2 of my project that I have eaten true fast food! Which is a nice run (roughly 50+ days), but I still feel guilty about it. I checked my weight at the gym today and I'm holding steady to lose 1 lbs this week. I have to start thinking of a new way to hit the gym. I usually go right after work, but that isn't going over too well with my wife in the new AJ world. I need to get there over lunch more...

MMMmmm....fast food sounds *SOOO* good to me right now. *slaps self on the hand* I'm really getting tired of eating my own cooking. LoL.

I bet you'll be okay all things considered but even if you don;t manage to lose or even gain one week in the grand scheme of things is fine - life happens right? The trick is to remember what it is you are doing and why you are doing it. These are life long changes. Everyone hits the bar or drive thru every once in a while - just not every day.
