Thought I would give an update on my personal push up challenge.
It's frickin tough!
I am roughly 1/2 way through the week and 1/3 through my push ups. I found that I can not crank out more than 10 push ups in a row and I've been able to crank out a max of 2 sets in one sitting.
My plan when I set the 150 mark was to crank out 3 sets during each session and to do 1 session per day for 5 days. That may have been a tad aggressive on my part.
I'm still gunning for that 150 marker. Onward!

Hi, My wife sent me your blog. We live right by Merry Mead Farm. I worked there form 12yrs old to 18.
Last yr I was 239lbs I lost some and gained some back. I was not so serious and I ended up hurting my back playing basketball. I am back at it only more consistently with WW. I have been running and working out. Push Ups are a lot harder than most realize. I am not at 20 reps but it is not easy!
I am 206 but I am only 5'6" tall.
I have a little ways to go yet and i am fearing the winter.
