Me - February 2007 @ 236 lbs.
After hitting an all-time high of 236 lbs at a recent doctor's visit, I've decided I've had enough of my poor diet and exercise routine. This journal is part of my program to change how I live so that I can look better, feel better, and hopefully live a little longer. Feel free to watch my progress, provide some feedback and insight, and learn from my experiences...

My Weight Loss Guidelines
- Overall Goal is to lose an average of 1 lb per week
- Weigh In will happen every Monday at the gym after working out
- Make healthy food choices for every meal.
- Snacking is OK as long as the food is healthy (ex. nuts, fruits)
- If forced into a non-healthy food situation, do not eat everything on my plate.
- Hit the gym a minimum of 3 times per week for Cardio and Strength Conditioning
- Blog my progress here at least once per day
