It's been a while...

...hasn't it?

While my weight loss continues, my blogging pace has certainly slowed down somewhat. For those who still stop by, I am sorry about that...

I think it's part of my overall trend to start off with a flourish and then not be able to keep up with my original pace...It's happened more times than I care to say actually...

I don't think this will happen with the weight loss program, but my blog posts may come down from the 2+ a day pace I was on at one point. I'm not sure I need to blog my food choices and exercise on a daily basis unless I plateau and need the daily journal to keep me on track.

Perhaps a general post on recent food choices or perhaps a weekly post on highs and lows in regards to food and exercise....that might do the trick.

I must say that blogging is not the easiest exercise in the world. To you folks out there that do it on a daily basis and keep it interesting, my hats off to you!

Hey, don't forget that you had a baby in the meantime! I mean, that's having a huge affect on your life, and I'm impressed that your weight loss has continued to succeed with all of that!

I find that blogging is hard sometimes. Especially when you're doing it for yourself and motivation rather than entertainment for others. But, I think that this blog has definitely served a very good purpose for you, and don't be afraid to let it go if you've acclimated to the changes you've been making. We'll miss you if you don't post as often though!!

It's hard to stay interesting, and I pretty much refuse to blog when I have nothing to say. At least, I think so ... readers may think differently. I think I average about 3-4 a week, and that seems like work. But, it's work I enjoy and appreciate. Much more than that, and I would feel stressed.
